Where we ship
Jordon Northern Apparels is designed and made in Sialkot, Pakistan, and we ship worldwide. Every garment leaves our Sialkot workshop and travels direct to you — there is no middleman warehouse, which is how we keep the price of a hand-finished garment reasonable. "Made in Pakistan" describes where it is produced, not where it is sold.
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada and Australia. If your country is not listed, email sales@jordonapperals.com and we will quote you directly.
Delivery options and timing
Both options are fully tracked, door to door, with a tracking link emailed the moment your parcel leaves us.

Orders over $150 ship free on the Standard service. Estimates are business days from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs inspection can occasionally add a few days on either service — it is uncommon, and we will tell you if we see it happen on your tracking.
Processing time
Orders are picked, checked and packed at our Sialkot workshop. Orders placed before 2pm PKT on a business day usually leave the same day; orders placed after 2pm, or on a Sunday, go out the next business day. During sale periods or new-drop launches, processing can take an extra 1–2 business days — we will always email you if a delay goes beyond that.

Import duties and taxes — read this before you order
We would rather tell you plainly than have a courier surprise you at the door.
On orders under $100: import duties, VAT and any carrier handling fee are the customer's responsibility. They are not included in our price and are collected by the courier or your national customs authority on delivery, if they apply.
On orders of $100 or more: we cover them. If your carrier bills you import duty or VAT on a qualifying order, send us the receipt at sales@jordonapperals.com and we will refund it in full.
Rough guidance for the main markets, so you can budget before you buy:
- United States — most orders below the $800 de minimis threshold clear without any duty at all.
- United Kingdom — VAT at 20% plus a carrier handling fee typically applies above £135.
- European Union — VAT applies from the first euro; the rate depends on your country.
- Canada and Australia — GST/HST applies above the local low-value threshold.
These are guidance, not a quote — rates are set by your government, not by us.
Tracking your order
You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is collected. International tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan, and it is normal for tracking to go quiet for a few days while a parcel is in transit between countries. If tracking has not updated in five business days, email us and we will chase the courier.
Delivery partners
We ship Express with DHL Express or FedEx International, and Standard with a tracked postal service. You do not need to choose a carrier — we select the best routing for your destination.
Common questions
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No. Our couriers require a physical street address for international delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If the parcel has not been collected yet, yes — email us as soon as you can. Once it is with the courier we cannot redirect it.
What if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged?
Tell us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will open a claim with the courier and sort out a replacement or refund. That is on us, not you.
Is payment taken in my currency?
Prices are shown and charged in USD. Your bank converts at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee.
